A: Hi there! This plan comes with 2 slab versions (monothic and floating) And this is already a 3 car version so not sure what they mean…;p
A: Hi there! Not sure what they mean by “eve height” do they mean the height for the garage. If so, it is 19’-4’’ from the top of the foundation to the ridge The garage doors are 9’ x 7’
