1800 Sq Ft Ranch Home Plan with Inviting Porches, 3 Beds, 2 Baths and Opt. 2 Car Garage
Step into this charming country style home and into the beautiful great room with a vaulted ceiling and cozy fireplace. The open floor plan leads into the kitchen and dining room. A convenient office space is connected to the master suite as well as a larger master bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have plenty of space for the kids and large closets to store all their things. Out back you'll find the great covered grilling porch perfect for spending weekends outside in the warm weather!A: The height of the vault depends on the building materials they use and the pitch of the vault they decide to use, we do not call this out. It can go within a few feet of the ridge height which is 18’8”. Hope this helps.
A: We do like to recommend tankless water heater units which can be Mounted on a wall (in a closet, laundry room or garage) sizes vary depending on the brand. Depending on the building code and homeowner desire the water heater can go in the attic but many folks do not want there for fear of a water issue – condensation line overflow; (not a problem if the unit is cleaned and serviced as it should be) the HVAC can most always go in the attic there again depending on the home location and building code.
A: We do not currently have a plan similar to this one with those 3 rooms in the rear, but most likely could be achieved through the modification process.
A: Approximately 15 feet depending on builder preference
A: All ceilings in this plan are 8’ except the great room and master, those ceilings are vaulted
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
A: The national average for a house is running right at $125.00 per SF. You can get more detailed information by clicking the Cost-To-Build tab above. Sorry, but we cannot give cost estimates for garage, multifamily or project plans.
