Q: Hi can you please tell me the height of the open ceiling in the living areas?
A: 12 feet
Q: what size are the man door openings?also can it be uped to a roof load of 96 psf? and can you get 2x6 walls?
A: The front (Main door is 36”) the bedroom doors are 30”. Most builders can change the roof loads to accept 96lb loads with larger rafters or pre-engineered lumber. I would recommend that you take the plans to a truss manufacturer and have them designed for the snow load you require. Also the walls can easily be changed to 2x6 in the field by an experienced builder.
