One-Story Country Cabin Home Plan with 1277 Sq Ft, 3 Beds and 2 Baths
One-story Country Cabin Home Plan 96559 is one of our best-selling small house plans. In 1,277 square feet, you have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This budget-friendly cabin plan offers two very large covered porches for outdoor relaxation. The traditional / country architecture guarantees that it will fit into almost any neighborhood. But don't limit yourself. Build out in the wilderness and make it a vacation home when you tire of the daily grind.
Country Cabin Home Plan with comfortable living space
Outdoor activities are unlimited when you have a beautiful front porch. Rain or shine, you are sheltered by a huge covered porch which measures 44' wide by 6' deep. Picture yourself sipping sweet tea in a rocking chair on the front porch. Say hello to the neighbors as they stroll by, or invite them over to share conversation. Want a more private place to while away the day? Then head to the back of the house. The back covered porch is 33' wide by 8' deep. Plenty of room for a grill and picnic table.
Country Cabin Home Plan 96559 has everything you need to live in comfort. Firstly, the great room is anchored by a big fireplace, and the vaulted ceiling makes the room feel larger. Secondly, the kitchen is open to the dining area, and there's lots of cabinet space. Thirdly, the laundry room is just the right size. It allows for plenty of elbow room, yet it doesn't waste space.
3 bedroom cabin floor plan
The master suite is located on the left side of the floor plan, and two smaller bedrooms are located on the opposite side. Mom and Dad like this because they have a little more privacy. A private bathroom is included with combination tub / shower. The master walk-in closet measures 7' wide by 5' deep. Over on the children's end of the house, both bedrooms are exactly the same size at 11' wide by 11' deep. They share the guest bathroom, and toiletries are stored in the hallway linen closet.
In conclusion, Country Cabin Home Plan 96559 is a flexible home plan. Build it for your first-ever home, invest it as a rental property, or use it for a yearly family vacation home.
